Born and raised in Los Angeles, Bianca Oblivion grew up with jams blasting from car stereos and backyard parties, playing everything from gangster rap and freestyle, to cumbias and hard house. Growing up, her training as a dancer strengthened her love of rhythms, and as an adult she entered LA club scene at the height of electro and blog house, where she first got her start DJing. You can hear these influences in her sets and production, which blend sounds across the house, club, and global bass spectrum. Her Club Aerobics Radio show on NTS and her guest mixes for Boiler Room, Toddla T, Diplo & Friends, DUMMY, and Rinse FM have showcased Bianca’s talents behind the decks, while her releases “Bumbum Pra Cá,” “Drip,” “Calling,” and “Bubble Pon Di Bed” showcase her talents behind the DAW. Whether in DJing, radio or production – Bianca continues to innovate.
